- MHMika HayesJan 18, 20261.0My dishwasher has been down since the first week in December, I filed a claim paid the deductible and they have come out 5x replaced multiple parts (some parts twice) and we are now the middle of January and my dishwasher is still not fixed. But they scheduled yet another appointment for the 29th of January. I tried calling and I just get passed around. I asked for a supervisor and was told someone would call me in 30 mins its 4 days later still now call back. Still no resolution. Worst experience with Best Buy.

Called Beat Buy about brand new washer that never worked after 3 geek visits was told it was a Lemon need to exchange. Go to store, have to call Geek Squad because it was an opened box. Just want credit so I can buy new one from you, arrange delivery and pick up. Instead I’m in parking lot again making calls over again. On my 2nd transfer after being on phone for 18 minutes and still holding. This just been a waste of my time. At 66 years old I should not be ringing out clothes after every visit and hauling upstairs to go to laundry mat again because the spin cycle won’t work on a Magtag.
