  First sales rep was great. He gathered what I requested and made reasonable suggestions. After closing the sale, a blonde-haired male with a tag that said supervisor tried to convince me to replace my extra year of protection for $30 more with a subscription service that would be concurrent (meaning I'd only have a year of protection). He also told me the Best Buy card gives 10% off, but it's 10% back in store credit. I ended up returning it all and going to Microcenter, where I found the same goods for $300 less. Silly.

  I so regret not catching their names- the gentlemen at geek squad with glasses and two other guys working on the floor were so so kind and helpful! I had a computer issue and they helped me find the most affordable replacement and were 10/10 nice and helpful.

  Joey, Who I believe is the store director Provides Me and anyone I observe him interact with the best customer service/Hospitality out of any big box retailer I have been to in the past 15 years. Joey is actually the only reason I am still doing business with Best Buy!

  Best Buy in Grove City The staff is extremely rude. I asked to speak to a manager a manager was not available even though they said it was three team managers in the store purchased a $2000 refrigerator on January 29, 2026. The refrigerator was supposed to be Deliver to my home on February 6 they called me today and tell me that the refrigerator will not be delivered until February 17, 2026 two weeks out. I came on 29 January because I needed a refrigerator. It’s bad enough. I had to wait over a week to get it delivered and now they wanna tell me that it’s gonna take two weeks and nobody can seem to do anything about it.!!! 👎🏻 I guess I have to cancel my order. And go to big Sandy superstore to purchase a refrigerator Best Buy bad business you do not have to worry about me ever spending my money with you again my credit card that I have with Best Buy I will be canceling it today
