I called the other day and spoke to a girl and she quoted me saying I could walk out with a total between $80-$90 and I ended up being charged almost $130 because the representative that was in there added on extras without telling me what they were or even what he added on until I got home. Will not be doing anymore business with this cricket wireless until the problem is fixed. Future customers make sure you tell the representative to not add anything on without telling you what they are adding

I was assisted by an employee named Derek. He was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. My balance came to $21 and some change. Without hesitation, Derek took a bill from his wallet to help me with that last dollar. Thanks so much Derek! Someone, give that man a raise! 😊
