  I walked into Verizon not knowing what to expect, I came across this amazingly awesome and nice guy named keifer. He was super helpful and on it. He explained everything to me and made me feel seen. He is the epitome of what a Verizon wireless employee should be. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Loved him and how easy it was to get my phone swapped

  Yesterday 2/17 I went in to get help porting my phone number from AT&T to Verizon. I came in and the guy working was putting a purchase together for another couple and he seemed annoyed he had to deal with me as well. I asked him what the steps were and he told me he would have to charge me $60 to move all of my stuff on my phone to the new phone. And that he couldn’t help with the Porting process because I didn’t buy the phone from him but another store(the Lancaster location) and he didn’t make commission off of it. He told me I could do it online but was huffing and puffing when I asked for a number to call. He handed me a number and then told me it probably wouldn’t work. And then said I could wait for the other employee to come out and help but he doesn’t get commission for it either. He was incredibly rude. And this was my first experience after switching service. I called the Reynoldsburg location and they said to come on over so they could help me. I had to drive 30 minutes from home but totally worth it. They were much more helpful and kind. And they didn’t even mention charging me. As a general manager myself I can’t imagine hiring employees that are only there for a paycheck and not to help their customers.

  I had a great experience upgrading my phone here. Atlantis (store mgr) did a great job getting me set up on a newer model with all the features I needed. They are very fast, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

  My man Keifer reitz! He’s awesome, he saved me so much money and was able to get all my new tablet and phone while saving me money! See this guy for anything you need to make stuff happen! Thank you keifer see you next time man 🤗

  Kayla Marie was very helpful and assisted me in purchasing a new phone as well as assisted in fixing tech problems that had my current iPhone in a SOS state prohibiting it from working properly. She was extremely knowledgeable as well as pleasant to engage with! I’ll continue to do my business at this location and mostly request that she be the one to assist me with all my future needs. Very grateful that she was there to get my business line back up and running.
