- NNnoelJan 30, 20261.0Went in there just wanting to buy a new phone outright, told them I'm not making payments on a phone. They ended up scamming me into a bunch of junk while repeatedly telling me i was getting 600 off the phone but in reality it was 3 years of payments. The list of things they lied about is too long to list, right too my face. Literally the only thing they didn't lie about was that I could buy the phone out which we did the very next day through customer support as the store could do nothing. Truly disgusting business practices, there's a reason why the store is full of new people as most people have a soul and won't work at Verizon. If you have version buy your phone outright and don't let them talk you into any "promotions" as 99% of everything they tell you is a lie. If I ever have to walk into a version store again it will be too soon.

The average wait time is 2 hours and half the time they will turn you away without helping you. Don't waste your time going to this store, if I could give them -5 stars I would.
