    I’ve attempted to use the services here twice and both times the lady answering the phone (this last time I believe her name was Carrie) was rude for absolutely no reason. I will no longer try and use this facility.

    I took my pet to this location to be served. Upon taking my pet home I noticed a racial slur written on my pets carrier. I spoke to management about it and she apologized however, nothing was done about it. To me the apology was met with an uncaring attitude. I didn't know who to contact so I left it alone. However, it's been on my mind since it happened. Upon responding to this review don't try to deny it. Take this as a teaching opportunity for your staff and not an attack against your company. However, it's sad that I have to even post this review because I did nothing to deserve what happened to me!!! Response: Wow, it's amazing how I'm remembered in particular out of all your many customers and 165 reviews. This tells me that your company remembers what happened to me and the incident that took place. Also, the chance to talk to me was over when I visited your office and the matter was downplayed and swept under the rug. The chance to talk to me would have been when I contacted management numerous times to try and talk with the owner about the situation. However, it's baffling how the owner can respond to a review but not rectify a situation with a customer when they had the chance. (LIZA)
