  Horrible experience. Had an appt for 3:20pm. He asked that I return in 2 hours when the repair average time is 30-60min. So I returned in an hour and was willing to wait the additional hour if needed. At 4:35pm a coworker stated to the geek squad tech that he still had my phone to repair and hadn’t started it. At 5:10 a female worker noticed I had been there an exorbitant amount of time and took it upon herself to check on the progress. She came back stating it was “almost done”. After 20 minutes Liam, the tech, came out to give me an update and it would be another 15-20 minutes to factory restore my phone. About 10 minutes into waiting for the restore Liam left to use the restroom where he spent 22 minutes. Yes I timed that. During this I asked multiple people if I could just have my phone back and they stated they couldn’t complete the job. Only Liam could. After he finally returned from the restroom he went back and appeared to work on the phone again. Another 15 minutes went by and he came out stating it would be yet another 20 minutes as the restore was taking”longer than expected”. After 3+ hours of waiting I received my phone back completely void of any information. I wouldn’t take a play-school phone to this location. The service is embarrassing at best and there is no sense of urgency.

  Called about an adjustment on the TV wall mount and they transfered me to a women somewhere that couldnt even find my name in the system. She was very nice though. I liked it better that when you called the store tou actually talked with one of the sales people that helped you..
