  Overall excellent experiences here. Most recently, however was slightly below expectations when asking for help deciding between different dash cam products. I know how to look things up on their website, like the employees, using a cell phone camera and scanning. But that's all any one could offer - which was inadequate to make decisions. Too little information and lack of ability to compare features because the website didn't share information in a consistent manner and this type of product was clearly not a specialty for anyone available to assist. I do appreciate how easy it is to snag an employee and love their customer-facing attitudes, always treating me like a human being of value!

  Bought a tablet on line and was having connection issues, so brought it in to the Findlay store to have the Geek squad check it out. Didnt know you could make an appointment with them; thats convenient. Liam went through all the steps to fix the problem. It seemed to be fixed, but there was still the possibility of my wifi being the issue. Since I was still within the return time, he offered me a replacement, and free shipping to my home. Yes, please! I was expecting it on the 26th, but it came on the 24th. Big, fat bonus! The new tablet is having no issues and I am a happy woman on Christmas eve. The price was better than others were offering. Best buy had it in stock when others didn't. Liam of the Geek Squad took good care of me and offered great customer service. My replacement arrived earlier than expected. Sometimes, things just don't work out as expected, and the business that tries to correct the issue, serves the customer is the one who stands out from the rest. Thank you, and I will be back for my next purchase.

  Why am I no longer able to call a store and talk to a human being? I don't like being sent to a call center. Human interaction is so much better. Given how expensive this store is, you would think they could afford an extra person to man the phones. I avoid Amazon for this very reason, but it sucks that Best Buy has gone down the same path.

  I expect to be able to speak with someone at the store during open hours, not rerouted to a call center. No information given to help me make a decision as to whether I should drive 40 miles to get feedback from an employee of Bestbuy. Will go somewhere else. Update to Best Buy response - I don't use any of those apps. Crazy how a local store can't speak to a customer anymore.
