Was there for 3 hours and they told me I had to switch to the My Biz plan to get upgrade promos but they told me that on the new plan I would save $40 a month, $60 if I did auto pay. They told me my new bill would be around $211. I got home and my next estimated bill shows $418 a month and they added business internet which I NEVER agreed to. I am taking further action against this store as they are not responding to texts or phone calls. Seriously do not get scammed by this store.

I have had an account with Verizon for over 30 years and have upgraded my phone there countless times without ever being told this. The staff was rude and refused to help.
