- AAAlex AmendJan 29, 20261.0Avoid this location at all costs. The absolute worst I have ever been treated by a customer service rep. I walked in asking for a quote if I were to switch to a new plan with just my husband and was immediately dismissed and made to feel stupid because I wanted to leave a family plan? Even if it’s more expensive sometimes it’s worth it for flexibility/ease of access…. My husband had called earlier and they said we needed to go in to the store to get a quote, but when I got there the rep wouldn’t even give me a quote… Instead the rep immediately gave me a piece of paper to call a number to inquire and rushed me out of the store. Keep in mind the store was completely empty in the middle of the afternoon on a workday with 3 other clerks sitting playing on phones. I had just come from AT&T who gave me all the information I wanted, so I will be taking my service to them. I was willing to stick with Verizon even after I lost cell service for 12 hours a few weeks ago, but I refuse to give my money to a business that treats paying customers so horribly.

We went in for assistance and the store manager laughed when we asked to transfer plans, I also asked to compare options of upgrading and staying on my current plan and they ignored us and said we had to call a number, then he proceeded to walk away, as we were on the phone with customer service the staff was laughing and yelling in the background and we couldn’t hear the customer service representative, the entire time they didn’t come out to check on us or assist. Highly recommend avoiding this location!
