I had called samsung and verizon to trouble shoot, I even got a new watch and then I took it to a samsung approved store to troubleshoot it to see if there are errors/issues on phone. He said everything was fine with my phone. I then stopped at this Fairfield Verizon just to see if anyone else could help and Troy B. fixed the problem in a very short period of time, I started finally getting texts on my watch. He was awesome, knowledgeable and super patient with me. Giving him a BIG 5 START review. I run a business myself and customer service is SUPER IMPORTANT to me because great customer service is almost non existent anymore. Thank you thank you AGAIN Troy 🙏 ☺️
