He hooked us up with not only those items but all the protection accessories we needed and subscription discounts. He even went a step further to help us protect all of our electronics with home protection. He was phenomenal, personable and even laughed with us. If you’re looking for a sign to switch to Verizon this is it, we were long time dedicated to T-mobile and made the jump almost strictly based on the environment of the store and the incredible customer service. Our sales representative, Kevin, recently left and referred us to Greg. My phone was acting it's age so we decided to meet Greg. He is super friendly and knowledgeable. With his help, I was able to get a great trade in on my phone and also a great deal on a new smart watch. Greg also explained the different plans offered and verified we were on the best one that met our needs and budget.
