The representative was so nice & she couldn't figure it out right away & called another employee & between the 2 of them they got it fixed. I really appreciate that since she didn't know the answer to the problem she called someone else instead of just blowing me off or trying to sell me another phone. I don't remember her name but thank You!! She's at the Fairfield Store on Rt 4 in Fairfield, Oh. 👏😊
