While they were somewhat helpful, they didn't resolve the issue. I purchased a new laptop in May and started having trouble with it in July. I took it back once and then said it was fixed. It wasn't. I took it back a second time and they sent it out for service. A week later, I received it back but they said there wasn't anything wrong with it. I asked The geek squad rep what i should do and he just shrugged his shoulders. on. Mind you, this was a brand new very expensive computer. I'll never go back there again. Microcenter is where ill take it from now oon.

I would suggest they have universal charger connections in use for repairs since they lost the one that was brought in with our laptop. Customer service is subpar, lacking communication and no phone call when the repair was back from the manufacturer.
The outer case was returned slightly scratched with sticker residue present.

The plans for TVs seems pointless. I'm thinking a call center out of the United States answers there calls. They tried to charge me $100 to have someone come out to my house to look at my TV plus an additional service charge. So I exited chat as best buy employees have told me the plan includes all that at no additional cost. I call the store number press 3 for geek squad and remained on hold listening to music for 26 minutes before I hung. If you buy a plan for a high cost piece of electronics I honestly believe it is pointless, because who's going to help you??
