    Product breaks and they say the "extended" warranty doesn't start until after the Manufacturer warranty. Product breaks after Manufacturer warranty expires and they say the extended warranty started from date of purchase. Get warranty terms in writing when you buy because they lie

    Tried looking at laptops for college at this location. We told the employees our ideal budget we wanted to spend, multiple employees kept showing us way too expensive laptops. When we told one employee it was too expensive for us and we were planning to look elsewhere for more cheaper options, he laughed in our face. We went to the location in Miamisburg, where they actually helped us, were kind, and got what we were looking for. So disrespectful.

    They were sold out of the items we intended to buy even though their website showed the items in stock at the store. Staff was attentive but help was limited since the items we wanted were sold out. Staff had no suggestions of alternative items.

    Can someone please answer the phone?? I'm trying to schedule a service, which isn't possible online. Do I have to drive 20 minutes just to schedule an appointment? This is ridiculous.

    Bought a laptop computer for a xmas gift picked out a certain color salesperson behind counter went to shelf and brought one back it was supposed to be a black faced hp laptop they had about 4 different colors .So opened up at xmas it was wrong color took it back 12/26/25 to exchange for correct color was told they didn't have the color i wanted and that the price had went up and i would have to pay the $40.00 difference .Manager wouldn't even speak with me about it and i just think that is some bullshit they gave me the wrong one and I shouldn't have had to pay anymore for it . So needless to say I won't be buying anything else from there ever again .I work in retail and we do not treat our customers that way.
