  I’ve had a very frustrating experience trying to purchase and install a dash cam at this location. When I first came in, I told the sales rep I didn’t know much about dash cams and needed guidance. Instead of helping me pick the right model, I was met with responses like, “Yeah, that’s a good one,” with no explanation or actual product knowledge. I bought the camera and had it installed, but the placement was off. They took care of it for me very quickly, but when I came back to have it adjusted, the wires were left unclipped and hanging across my windshield. After having unrelated work done on my vehicle, I found out I should have purchased a suction-cup model instead of an adhesive one — something a knowledgeable rep could have told me from the start. Because of this, I had to buy a different camera with different wiring and pay for a second installation. I didn’t make a fuss at the time, but this could have been avoided if someone had taken a few minutes to understand my needs. I ended up exchanging the camera for a third time after finding an upgraded model on Best Buy’s own website. Each time I asked questions, the answer was still just, “That’s a good one,” with no actual assistance. I voiced my concerns, but they were brushed off without acknowledgment. Today’s install was at least quick, but the model I now have doesn’t appear to include the parking protection features I originally wanted. At this point, I really don’t want to come back to this location again, but I also don’t feel I should have to pay for a third installation when the lack of guidance is what led to these multiple swaps. I’m hoping someone from management or customer care can reach out, because I’ve spent hundreds of dollars trying to get the right setup. All I want is the proper product for my individual needs and a helpful recommendation.

  Store layed out nicely, Support questionable, asked about monitor they had a bunch boxes stacked on floor, informed none on display to see. Continued browsing thru the store, later saw the same monitor actually connected to a pc. Hmmm! Guess they did not want push the one on sale my only guess. Pointed to the nice OLED, out of price range. Lol

  Best Buy is always a great place to shop for electronics and tech! The store is clean, well-organized, and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I was impressed by how easy it was to find what I needed, and the team was quick to answer my questions. They really make the shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Definitely my go-to spot for anything tech-related!
