Calling customer service is a nightmare and won't fix your problems. This store, however... stellar. Most of the employees I've worked with were competent, understanding, and actually helpful! The store manager is fantastic! I only ran into one instance where an employee made a mistake, but he had some weird vibes and I didn't realize what happened until after the fact. But I was able to go back in and they fixed the issue, even getting on the line with Verizon's terrible customer service for me. I highly recommend going into the store if you have an issue. The staff here is just great. They take walk ins but do that during the week because they are less busy then.
