Calling customer service is a nightmare and won't fix your problems. This store, however... stellar. Most of the employees I've worked with were competent, understanding, and actually helpful! The store manager is fantastic! I only ran into one instance where an employee made a mistake, but he had some weird vibes and I didn't realize what happened until after the fact. But I was able to go back in and they fixed the issue, even getting on the line with Verizon's terrible customer service for me. I highly recommend going into the store if you have an issue. The staff here is just great. They take walk ins but do that during the week because they are less busy then.

We spent just over 500$ just to start.. bringing in our own brand new phones. Mine was a pixel 9 less than 3 months old which are now gone.. and owned by at&t.. Our first bill was supposed to be 170 with 2 startup payments of 35$ even though we spent $530 that day to start... Anyways our first month bill was 540$ we called at&t and the lowest they could get it is 510.. our monthly bill is 270$.. the guy that scammed us forced us to get a watch after we told him MULTIPLE times we didn't want it, but, he refused to not let us take it saying it was free.. well it's on our bill saying not free and at&t said nothing of the sorts exists to get a free watch and to report the store to fraud.. we purchased a phone case/accesories in the store. I don't know what he did with the money he charged us for them because we also have a bill for all the accessories. I've called the store 3 times and am still waiting for a manager to call back 2 weeks later
