We were also told that our phones were free and were getting charged $40 for each device we have!!! This is ridiculous!!!!

We had the pleasure of working with Jada, and she made the process so smooth and simple. Sometimes updating phones can be confusing, but she explained everything in detail and ran through all of the options with us.
