    Waited for over 30 minutes. Was acknowledged by one of the workers but not checked in. Several workers made eye contact but nobody helped. Other customers arrived after us and were assisted before us. Been coming to this store for years but it’s going downhill. They need a self check in kiosk and better customer service training.

    Do not go to this store! They will open extra lines you didn't ask for, and charge you. And it's a nightmare to fix. *Multiple* people have had this issue at this particular store. Or if you go to upgrade your phones, they try to charge you $200. The corporate store at Polaris will not. Sounds like this place is run by fraudsters!

    Came in today and did not receive any service. Waited over 30mins while browsing the store for the employee to walk straight up to the only other couple that came in after us. I was planning on switching over to Verizon today but did not get the chance due to poor customer service.
