Although he was relatively new he was exceedingly Pleasant, polite and was honest enough to quickly go and acquire more information from a manager. Questions were answered. And they did as they advertised and matched my payment at T-Mobile. For the first time in 30 years, feeling comfortable with the people and the cost, I also had internet hooked up to my house. I noticed everyone else who came in in need of service left a smiles. Whereas I would have never referred people to T-Mobile, based on these limited exchanges I would refer people to Verizon

Walked my wife and I through a transferred number and dual phone upgrades while finding us the best plan and discounts. Even helped us with an Apple Music upgrade that lessened the bill on our current plan. We did have to come back another day to work out some issues due to the online call center closed on Sunday’s (as expected with most transfer deals) but Boston made sure to update us on his schedule so we could continue the process with the same employee. Thanks again.
