    Do not go to this store! They will open extra lines you didn't ask for, and charge you. And it's a nightmare to fix. *Multiple* people have had this issue at this particular store. Or if you go to upgrade your phones, they try to charge you $200. The corporate store at Polaris will not. Sounds like this place is run by fraudsters!

    Came in today and did not receive any service. Waited over 30mins while browsing the store for the employee to walk straight up to the only other couple that came in after us. I was planning on switching over to Verizon today but did not get the chance due to poor customer service.

    This is the most poorly managed store I have ever visited. Someone barely mumbled "be with you in a minute" when I walked in the door with my family. Then, 20 minutes later we had no update on help. Two Verizon employees were actually sitting there laughing with one customer. Not sure why one of them couldn't come over to at least ask why we were there. Poor customer experience, poor communication. Sad to see this happen, as we were due for 3 new phones. Maybe T mobile would like our business.
