He set up a time to meet with me in a couple hours at the store. After I choose my new phone, he took the time to make sure my contacts, apps, emails and pictures were all up and running before I left the store. I am so thankful that he was able to get me in that day, because by evening my phone I destroyed stopped working! Ryan goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are taken care of. I went into the Verizon store after 5 1/2 hours of talking to multiple incompetent broken English Verizon representatives in the Philippines getting nowhere but redundant circles. They actually screwed my whole plan up worse and told me my Apple Watch was defective and I had to get a new one which I knew was wrong considering it was less than a month old, it was just an easy out for them so they could just drop the case and move onto the next. So the next day When I walked into the defiance Verizon store, Mike was the first to greet me. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. He was on my side doing everything he could calling the representative(s)from overseas deciphering through the broken English and making sure things were done correctly when they indeed were still on the wrong path not understanding and getting it corrected . And to boot, the Apple Watch was perfectly fine, it was just Mike's professional confidence and intelligence in his work that made it happen! Thanks Mike! You honestly deserve employee of the month in my books 👊
