I got screwed over by the store manager back in October and then the new manager now, (Jesse Libecap) got me all straightened out. I highly recommend visiting this store now.

Many thanks to Amanda, James & Jesse at this Verizon location! hubs has been w/Verizon a long time & got some big phone problems but this location is great and , I would definitely recommend it to anyone on this side of town.

I visited this Verizon store in October to upgrade my phone. A representative named Steven told me he could get me a new phone for $5/month using a promotion. He explained that to qualify, he would need to add two additional lines that we would not use, and assured me this was a common workaround. I trusted him. I left only paying taxes on the phone.
The next bill was almost $50 higher than expected.
I returned to the store and Steven admitted it was his mistake and said he fixed it.
Next bill: still wrong.
Went back again — “fixed” again.
Next bill: still wrong.
I then contacted Verizon customer service, who told me bluntly that my account had been completely messed up at the store level. I was promised corrections and reimbursement for the overcharges. A week passed — nothing changed.
I called again and spent over an hour on the phone, once again being promised everything would be resolved. Still nothing.
Tonight was the final straw. I finally reached a case manager, who somehow managed to make things even worse by deleting my line and my wife’s line instead of the two extra lines that never should have existed in the first place. Now neither of us have service.
This entire situation was caused by misleading information, repeated failures to correct known mistakes, and shockingly poor account handling. What should have been a simple phone upgrade turned into months of stress, wasted time, overbilling, and now complete loss of service.
Unbelievable. I will be switching to T-Mobile and strongly recommend others think twice before trusting this location with their account.
