I had a very unfortunate experience involving this independent TCC VZN dealer.
It took 34 days and collectively 10+ hours of my time (& frustration) to resolve what began as a simple and honest mistake involving receipt of the wrong watch model. I am giving two stars because the sales associate who worked with me tried very hard to remedy the situation, but was not able because the company’s software system would not allow for a simple merchandise exchange. While upgrading my phone and watch, I was given the wrong watch off the shelf (simple honest mistake). The watch never left the box or the store - it should have been a simple exchange but this is where the nightmare began. The stores’s system with not allow for an exchange. After almost 2 weeks of waiting, unanswered quick tickets and many phone calls by the store to VZN customer service there was no resolution while I was paying for a watch sitting in the box. I finally learned from a call I made to VZN customer service that the only way to get the watch model I wanted was to go to the store, pick up the ‘wrong’ watch and return it to Verizon via UPS. A simple exchange was not possible because of a problem between this store’s software & corporate, and for some reason the TCC store couldn’t find this information out to pass on to me so I could just pick up the watch & mail it back 2 weeks sooner. And the nightmare continued from there because the watch took another week and a half to be fully received and processed, requiring multiple calls and more hours of time on my part. It was compounded after that by the fact that my bill was completely messed up, which took another series of multiple phone calls & hours to resolve. This is not to mention the fact that I had to figure out how my bill was structured because it was so difficult to dissect after all of the mistakes that were made from the wrong equipment being added to my bill and promotions that were not applied.
I was also very disappointed when I learned that “keeping my old phone” meant creating another line for it. This ultimately saved me money, but it is not how the store explained it at the time which I believe was very deceiving. I have been with VZN for 25 years but after this extremely painful & time-consuming experience, I doubt I will be returning to VZN after my equipment is paid off.

We had the best experience with Brogan. He was very informative, made the process easy for us, and helped us troubleshoot some problems. I can't say enough great things about him and our experience at the Sugarcreek location.

Cyren Brooks is a fabulous employee! He has been a tremendous help to me and single handedly kept me as a Verizon customer when I was ready to leave. He and the other employees at this specific Verizon store are extremely helpful and customer service friendly. I highly recommend this store! What a great experience!!
