    One of the worst experiences I've ever had shopping for phones or at any retail store. Salespeople are slick and fast to complete a sale. Including lying about promotions, discounts, billing, and protection plans. They gave me incorrect information on many things. When I reviewed my bill and came back in the following day to discuss the inaccuracies their attitude was completely dismissive. They didn't investigate or alleviate my concerns at all, and instead referred me to customer care. I sat in the parking lot speaking with the customer care representative for two and a half hours - who validated my concerns and corrected the mistakes made by the store employees. The two sales associates I dealt with, while I was adding multiple lines and with flagship phones, were Dakota and Aubrey. They misrepresented and made false promises to secure their sales in an unethical manner. The associates need better training - one even said that "they aren't trained on the features of the phones" - and need to have some accountability on selling ethically. But I wouldn't even be writing this review if not for the behavior of the manager Ronald. He refused to even identify himself if he was actually the store manager but stated he "was the highest authority" and their was no one above him. He wouldn't provide his full name and after asking if he had a card he ignored me and said Verizon doesn't provide them with any sort of business card. He angrily refused to answer my questions and I left immediately after he aggressively raised his voice and directly said "I don't care!" I have contacted Verizon about my experience at this store and they are investigating. Completely unacceptable behavior by store leadership and it seems that is the culture he is setting for this location. I went in expecting honest service and instead I'm writing the first negative review, or really any review, I've ever made. The manager, Ronald, who after speaking with Verizon security informed me he is apparently an assistant manager, shouldn't be employed let alone be in any supervisory role. If I could do it over again after this experience I would have decided to go with a different carrier even though I've been with Verizon since my first cellphone over 20 years ago.

    This store is great! The staff is super friendly and attentive. Iverson in particular is AWESOME. Will definitely be coming back here if I need anything else.
