    Iverson helped fix my billing problem promptly and listened attentively to what I was saying when I was describing the problems I had. Jessica, his manager, quickly assisted in getting to a result leaving me and my family happy! TJ and Terry also super friendly and helpful. This store gets things done, and leaves you feeling like family. If you have a problem, they will straighten it out and take you seriously.

    As soon as we got near the employee. They asked if we were there to buy a phone. We said no,but that's where we had our phone set up. The person immediately said. I can't help you. I will sell you a phone, but that's all I will do. I asked if they could just look at our account. They said no, I'm not a technician. I asked. So you can't even look at. Y account. No. Horrible service. I won't go there if that person is there. I've never had a problem like that at this store.

    After taking my phone number in order to sign in to the long line, I took a seat and waited for 30 minutes. I’m no stranger to long lines, I don’t care about that; I left the store because I had other errands to run. An hour after I leave, I get a notification saying I ordered a Verizon internet package. One of the employees deliberately used my phone number to order some new stuff to get their commission. Be aware of your email, bank statements, and texts, this is the only thing that saved me from getting charged $90 a month without my knownledge.
