    IF I COULD LEAVE NO STARS I WOULD!! I ordered a new phone yesterday over the phone with a wonderful customer service rep. She stated my phone would be completed in 2 hours. I never got a text or email my order was completed. I called the store 16 times this morning, no answer. My wife called 4 times no answer. I called Verizon customer service , that rep told me he called 2 times, no answer. This was noon. The store opened at 11. He assured me they were most likely busy. He told me he checked and the ordered was ready according to their order records. He also said he would make a note about this store no answering the phone. We drive to the store. Parking lot empty, no customers. My order was not in a locker as instructed. I walk in to 6 employees standing around playing on their phones. One guy walked up to me and asked what I needed. I explained I was picking up an order and customer service said it was ready and that I had called a bunch with no answer. He looks up my order and says it wasn’t ready. Why? It’s been overnight at this point and clearly no one was working. He says he’ll go grab it. Clearly angry I start speaking to my wife, the 5 other employees started mocking me for being angry and making jokes. The employee comes back with my phone and I walk out the door. I’ve been with Verizon for almost 9 years on this plan, my parents have had their plan for almost 20. This experience has me reconsidering switching to another company. Completely unprofessional. I’m waiting on a call back from customer service.

    went in to switch phones from one account to another account & the associate was extremely rude & did not help at all. Had an attitude from the beginning and was not helpful.

    Dakota at the Verizon store at the Dayton Mall was phenomenal!! We upgraded our entire family with new phones and he took care of each detail. He worked through his lunch to make sure we were all set. 5 stars to Verizon and 5 stars to Dakota for his patience and care.

    We went to this store since one of my friends recommended it . Sean and Xailey were so patient and helpful ! Sean got us new iPhones set up and explained everything really well . And Xailey helped us when we came back to turn in our old phones and she was really patient with us and so kind ! I would definitely recommend this store and these awesome staffs ! Best costomer service ever!
