- ABAmber b.Oct 6, 20251.0Brought a Alienware laptop in to replace the battery. They came out and said they turned it on everything was functioning, waited an additional 1hr for them to put the back on the computer. They told use to go get lunch or something and they'd call us when it was ready. Came back 30 mins before closing we had been dealing with this for 6 hrs now. To get your display isn't working, we put a screw through your motherboard, com back tomorrow to talk to our manager. Came back the next day, they only want to place they valued paid because we found it at a deal, then brought up the worth of the computer and replacing the motherboard, them not even wanting to replace the motherboard. But no help the wrecked my laptop and said screw you.
