    I’ve been to the store several times of which have been negative help and always what seems to be trying to scam me out of something that I don’t need, service, money whatever the case is. Every time I leave frustrated angry I call customer service and they’re able to help me without any problems. Be careful going to the store!!

    This store is run by an owner who blatantly overcharges and sneaks extra fees onto your bill without telling you. He added $130 in charges I never agreed to, then tried to claim it was “part of the deal.” As soon as I called Cricket customer service, he suddenly changed his story and pretended he “didn’t know.” He pulled the same scam on me, my wife, and my sister in law. He even tried to charge $40 for the cheapest rubber phone case, something you can buy anywhere else for a fraction of the price. This place is built on ripping people off, adding hidden fees, and taking advantage of customers who trust them. Do NOT buy a phone here. Do NOT make payments here. Do NOT trust this store with anything. This owner is dishonest, rude, and intentionally tries to squeeze every dollar he can out of you. Save yourself the headache and go to a real Cricket location that actually respects customers. This place is a straight up scam.

    Owner or manager didn't seem very interested in helping out with my situation could have used the opportunity to sell me a new phone or help more but seemed more interested in just getting me out of the store

    I have been a Cricket customer for 5 years. My family has a 4 line plan and we always purchase phones through Cricket when it's time to upgrade. I went in to request assistance with one of the lines. The clerk told me I had to call the customer service number and quickly dismissed me. It was very disappointing service.
