Here are some key points from my visit: Long Wait Times: Even with a scheduled appointment, I found myself waiting for an extended period. The check-in process felt unnecessary, as it seemed to add to the delay rather than streamline service. Poor Management: The supposed supervisor, Mohammad, walked back and forth multiple times without addressing the needs of customers, even though the lobby was crowded and people were clearly waiting for assistance. Lack of Service: It was frustrating to see many customers, including myself, waiting without any service being provided. Given this experience, I would recommend considering an Apple Store for better customer service and efficiency.

Manager told me they’d give me a new one since it was only 2 months old. Very pleased with their customer service. Thank you Best Buy

He made sure all of our questions were answered. His GM Matt also came up and made sure we were being helped and took the time to explain things & answer questions even though the story was super busy since it is days before Christmas. Both were very kind & helpful. We ended up buying 2 ipads, a camera, & cases for our ipads.. We are very happy with our service! Thank you Daniel & Matt!! Great team!!
