    Terrible customer service. Took 25 minutes for somebody to come help me after I was told I would be helped quickly by the front desk. When they arrived they knew nothing about the monitors. Would not recommend! Micro center is 100x better!

    I was looking at the wall of mostly lower end laptop computers. Some employee came over and asked me if I needed help. I asked if they had a certain computer in stock that the website said they have. I’m not an expert but I know enough to know what specs I need for what I do. Without even asking about what I need it for he said you don’t want that. We only keep it in back. It only works in S mode. Which I already knew it doesn’t even come with s mode activated. He said I would have to spend more money. And at this point I hadn’t even said anything but asking if they had that certain computer. I then just told him I don’t need help and purchased a different computer that I could grab without help. Which really wasn’t what I wanted.

    Just wanted to say that the Huz and I stopped in for a keyboard and HDMI cord on 10/18/25. The amount of employees checking in with us, wishing us a great day, and our man, Mustafa, helping us out from start to absolute finish - so incredibly floored by the service of the place. Great job! (This is the Dayton Mall, Ohio location)

    The guy at the checkout counter was absolutely the worst at customer service. I felt like I was imposing trying to spend money that pay his wages. And then to make matters worse they respond with wanting me to go to a website. What happened to the days of a real person following up? They should look at some of the larger competitors that went out of business like Circuit City and others. Best Buy is not customer friendly. I am choosing to take my hard earned money elsewhere where they care. Best Buy is not too big to fail….

    This is for best buy in general, not the Dayton location~ ordered a gift card with a gift card. The order got cancelled with no fault of my own. $0.00 charge was saying awaiting approval. Contacted the bank and they said everything was fine on their end. I wake up to my order cancelled. I contact best buy customer service who says it was a one time code and they couldn't issue a new one or give me an equal $10 gift card. Told me if I wanted to save $10 in the future I'd have to spend $50 and use a reference number they gave me. Completely BS and wasted time. Got a supervisor who was super rude and talking over everything I said and told me I'd have to spend $50, or $100 or maybe $400 in the future to save $10 by using the reference code. I couldn't just go make my original purchase of $10 using it. The want me to SPEND $50 to save $10!! Best buy such a big conglomerate they can't issue someone a $10 gift card when their system cancels an order they used a gift card on. Will be leaving this review as a warning to others to buy your digital cards elsewhere
