- TBThe Traveling BeeNov 21, 20251.0Dropped off daughter's lap top. Called next day said it ws fixed. Paid and was handed the laptop and to only find out the issue WASN'T fixed! They said had to be sent out. Few weeks and now has been in transit since the 17th. Was told they would contact me. Called customer service today where guy said same thing but then checked the fed ex tracking number to find out it was delivered the next day. He transferred me to Best buy Howe and said I probably would have to leave a message. On hold for 10 minutes for them to hang up on me!!!! Never taking it to this location again

After WASTING 10 minutes she could not even find the Best Buy/Geek Squad that's 1.5 miles away from me. I'll just drive there and make an appointment for what should have take me a few minutes. Not good
- DTDenise TompkinApr 3, 20235.0I had called around to get prices and I was told 1000.00 by a store near Fairlawn (won't mention their name. So then a made an appointment with Gerk. Well I didnt have to wait a week for service and my appointment was somewhat timely, my cost was 100.00 and I got my computer the next day...just goes to show patience is a virtue . I realized just how busy they really are but they save you money. Their customer service was outstanding. I own a small business and I wish my staff were trained to handle customers with such patience .
