  Levi is super helpful he has helped me twice with very stressful things and never once gave me a different emotion other than happy and helpful he came in on his day off and was here for 5 hours when he didn’t have to be and was all smiles

  April has been my go to girl since the day I met her. She is one of the most professional sales reps I have ever dealt with, and I am in sales myself. She has always kept me up to date as to when the best time to buy is. She got me all set up with my new phone and helped me navigate through the new changes and helped me set up my watch and took the time to come out and set it up to my new vehicle. If anyone ever needs assistance at this Verizon store, take the time to see April. She is wonderful!

  APRIL IS AWESOME!! I needed help setting up my new IPhone that my employer had gotten me so I went to the Verizon store in Coshocton and met April. I explained to her that I was needing new phone set up and I also needed to transfer info from old phone to new but, I work in Columbus and was on a time crunch. She was awesome! She got EVERYTHING rolling and gave me step by step details on what I needed to do to finish it up. Directions, phone number, prompts, everything! And this was all done even though I did not get the phone through her or even that store! That kinda service appears to be unheard of nowadays. Also, I had a case for the phone that I wasn't really fond of so I contacted Miss April to see if she had anything in the office. I told her I like otterbox and would be in next day if she had any. She said she had a few different case in stock. Next day walked in and April recognized me. She had already laid out the ones that match my phone (she remembered i dont have an excess amount of time). I picked the one i wanted and she got to work swapping them out. Thats when she noticed I did not have a screen or camera protectors. She got me the ones I needed and installed them along with the case! She made the whole experience pleasant. I would honestly say she made the whole experience impressively easy and positive. Best experience I have ever had with a Verizon store. I will definitely be back! I recommend all my friends and family go see April for their Verizon needs! April, thank you!! Thanks, Rob

  When calling or even going in don’t work with April. She’s very rude and not respectful at all. I called in asking about my order before driving in and she basically said I couldn’t come get it since who I originally worked with wasn’t there. Then proceeded to tell me she was off the clock. So why were you answering the phone ??
