I came in with a phone full of viruses and she took the time to delete all of them, very patiently. April is such a kind young lady and was such a delight to sit with and talk to. She wasn't pushy about selling me a new phone, but she took the time to explain my bill and go over different options about my plan. When I am ready to get a new phone, she will absolutely be the person I wait to see. Hands down best service I have ever received at a Verizon store!! Someone promote this girl 😊
