Even though there is a tower down in the area, she has kept a positive attitude with everyone who has come in upset. That girl is an absolute ray of sunshine, please don’t lose her.

When it does go out you can't even make emergency calls. This is happening to many customers here and has been for a long time. Cricket has no answers as to why and always says it's a tower update... tower updates knock out service for a day to more than a week? (this has been an issue for just over a year). Get it together cricket!!!!!!
