- SFShelby Farruggia6 days ago1.0ZAGG’s website proudly states: “ZAGG makes it easy for you to make a warranty request and get a replacement. You simply have to register your product, and then request a replacement.” That couldn’t be further from my experience. I submitted my warranty request before February 10th — I know this because the replacement supposedly “shipped” on 2/10. It originated in Ohio. I live an hour and a half away from the shipping location. And yet, it hasn’t moved. Not once. No updates. No delivery. Nothing. Naturally, I tried contacting customer service. Except there isn’t any. Just a chatbot that loops you in circles and tells you to submit a help ticket. I did that. And for TWO WEEKS straight, I’ve received the exact same canned email: “Our help desk is overwhelmed with so many customers and we’ll get back to you.” No timeline. No human response. No actual assistance. What’s the point of advertising a warranty if you can’t fulfill the replacement or provide even the bare minimum of customer support? A warranty is only as good as the company standing behind it — and right now, ZAGG isn’t standing behind anything. If you value your time, your money, or basic customer service, look elsewhere. A warranty that leads to a chatbot and a month of automated excuses isn’t a warranty — it’s a marketing tactic.

I’ve had this done several times and none of the people did it nearly get his job as what Patrick did. He was very professional, but also friendly. I have a little conversation with him. He’s a good man.
