Unlike most other experiences I've had with veterinary clinics, I really felt like they took the time to explain all options to me and only did necessary tests. In other experiences, any time I brought my pet in I almost always left with a bill for xrays, blood work and a fecal sample, but each time I've visited Sawmill I felt like they only ordered what was needed, but also were still very thorough. I have been happy to trust them with all of my pet's care.

However, Kay at the front desk was very disrespectful and rude. This was my first negative experience at this hospital. She rolled her eyes while I was speaking and displayed unprofessional behavior.

We had come to adore this boy who arrived at our house biting and yowling only 9 months before. He had come from an abusive situation.We went to our usual nearby vet, a practice I had gone to for nearly 40 years. They missed a couple of things about him, and I had been unhappy with their work for awhile. So my granddaughter looked for another vet. We couldn’t have been treated better here. Max didn’t make it, and our hearts are broken. We’ll be driving across town in the future because, wouldn’t you know it, another cat needed a home.
