They are very rude they do not any courtesy towards customers. Neither corporate customer service and in store knows their policies well. They make you go round and round which doesn’t go anywhere. Both of them keep you in wait for long hours serving nothing. They screwed my time like anything. Can’t explain this but they literally screwed me.

Especially the on line support that disconnected without fixing the problem or communicating with me and when cancelling the survey so I could not respond. I will be finding new techs for my computer.
