I tried to do all that online but it was too complicated. I worked with Gul and his team there - he got the plan deal and phones straightened out pretty quickly and was very patient and friendly all the while. The other staff members there were friendly and helpful as well. It's nice when a business exceeds your expectations these days.

- CECorley EvenNov 3, 20251.0Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to file a formal complaint about the conduct of the manager at the Cricket Wireless store located at 2710 bethel rd .I visited this store last week to transfer my mobile internet service from T-Mobile to Cricket and to take advantage of a promotion advertised by the store. I am deeply disturbed by what my girlfriend and I experienced during that visit. While we were in the store, the manager repeatedly stared at my girlfriend in a way that made them uncomfortable. The manager asked for my girlfriend ’s personal telephone number and made demeaning, suggestive looks. On top of that, the manager physically touched my girlfriend ’s hand without consent and engaged in other inappropriate and unwelcome behavior. My companion felt harassed and unsafe as a result of the manager’s conduct. This behavior is unacceptable, constitutes sexual harassment, and creates an unsafe environment for customers. I request the following actions be taken immediately: 1. Remove this manager from customer-facing duties pending a full and impartial investigation. 2. Conduct a prompt, thorough investigation into this incident and any related complaints. 3. Provide written confirmation to me of the outcome and corrective actions taken. 4. Offer appropriate remedy for the distress caused to my companion, including a formal apology and any applicable compensation. If Cricket Wireless fails to investigate this matter properly or take meaningful corrective action, I will consider all available options to protect my girlfriend ’s rights, including pursuing legal remedies and reporting the incident to relevant consumer protection or labor authorities.
