I went to the East broad Street Town and country location the doors were locked. they finally came to the door, they were on the phone with someone cursing on speaker they thought it was funny that I was shut off and locked out.I could not get any help there. I returned there in the evening at 7:00 p.m. and again the doors were locked I have video of that and again no help. I went to the East broad Street farther out reynoldsburg store by Giant eagle and met a manager named James and they were closing at 7:00 it was 7:05 he allowed me in! he assisted me! he was thorough, professional, and he puts customers first! I now, because of James!!! and the upcoming AT&t link for my internet with cricket, I will not transfer my service to another provider, BECAUSE of James!!! you have kept me as a cricket customer!!!. James deserves anything he can get from cricket as an employee, because he went above and beyond in more ways than one!! ***Stars and kudos to JAMES THANK YOU 😊 TERRI M.
