- CMChristina MatusSep 28, 20251.0I would give a zero star review if possible the place was horrible we went in there to switch from boost to cricket and we checked online there was a promotion going on about switching your phone to them that you would get a phone for free we've been in there the lady told us that the phone was $150 and that she didn't know anything about the sign on the wall saying that the phone would be free for new customers they were very rude wouldn't speak to me in English would only speak to my boyfriend in Spanish so I didn't understand what was going on then charge us $214 for something that should have been way cheaper because we were new customers
