  Bought and picked up a TV from this location. Unfortunately the TV was defective once unboxed. That being said, I appreciate the attentive and efficient work to help get it replaced once I brought it back. These things happen but this location made it a breeze to get me back on my way with a replacement. No hassle, in and out in about 20 mins with a new replacement.

  This is the second time I’ve had an issue with something that I bought here and this time I’m fed up with the poor customer service, the lack of care for customer’s time and to help with an issue that’s no one’s fault but a bad product. I paid over $120 for a micro sd card and because it was purchased in May, they could not help. Took several employees to let my wife know and after about an hour, she was told, contact the manufacturer. Target would’ve replaced it no questions asked! They do care Best Buy does not at all! Their policy says 60 days and you’re on your own. Sad ! If I sold a product that was faulty, I would make sure I took care of my customer because they bought it from me not the manufacturer directly !

  I used a $100 VISA Gift Card toward a purchase at BB Polaris Cols OH and the order was cancelled. The sales associate threw away the gift card so I no longer had the card. I told the customer service rep to issue a check and she didn’t - she put the $100 back on the card that was thrown away. I was told they would escalate the issue and someone would call within 48 hours no one ever called. We went to 2 different Best Buy stores one in Dublin and one at Polaris and the mgr at Polaris would only give back $50 as a courtesy - give me a break! They owe me $100 not $50! Do better Best Buy! Next I’m contacting the BBB and the CEO Corie Barry - how can a biz make such a mistake and think they can’t refund the total amount! They outsource the customer service reps and they tell you different things and don’t care! I told the rep who said we can give you a Best Buy gift card, refund on the Visa card or a check. I told her 5 times we don’t have the card it was thrown away by the sales person please issue a check. She still refunded it to the VIsa Gift card it’s so unprofessional and unethical not to return the full amount! The Mgr at Best Buy Polaris in Columbus said to reach out to VISA card company and dispute it when it was Best Buy’s mistake. I don’t have the number or the card to even reach out to them.

  ⸻ Title: Disappointed in the Polaris Best Buy I’m a longtime Total Tech member who buys almost everything from Best Buy, but this experience was unacceptable. I bought a TV, paid with my Best Buy credit card and a $100 Visa gift card, then canceled before delivery because of a scheduling issue. The credit card refund went through — but the $100 Visa card refund disappeared. The store claims it was refunded to the original card, yet they kept that Visa card at the time of purchase. When I went back, they said there was nothing they could do. It’s only $100, but it’s the principle. I don’t even need cash — just a Best Buy gift card to make it right. Very disappointing service from a store I’ve trusted for years.The manager at Polaris is over her ski’s.

  Don’t shop at this location Went to get two phones a few weeks back the representative that was helping us at the phone counter had an attitude, and they ended up having to call AT&T to verify my identity. After about 30 minutes. AT&T customer Service answer the phone and put us back on hold( which is fine) As We were Waiting the Best Buy Employee hung up the phone By accident, then proceeded to talk to the rude team lead and then went behind the wall and basically told him that they were weren’t able to do it because the Phone customer service closes early today (Which was a lie) So then I went back in there about a week or two later and it was a new guy but the same team lead and they did the same exact thing and it is just seemed like they didn’t wanna work or thought I was sketchy, so I just ordered online.
