    I went to the Polaris location thinking it’d be better than most just because of the area. My salesman played on his phone the entire time he spoke with me . I kept going back and forth on what I was wanting and ended up taking a step back for maybe 5-10 minutes . I come back and my salesman is nowhere to be found . Ultimately I decided to leave and I purchased my laptop on best buys website .

    Order for locker pickup and lockers were not working. Sent inside and order pickup line was not staffed had to wait in return line. Horrible customer service

    Ordered a PlayStation video game, upon taking the plastic wrapping off and opening the game I discovered that the plastic tabs inside the game holding the disc/manual were broken. Took it here for replacement and was told that because I had taken off the plastic wrap I can't replace it. To state the obvious, there is no way I can tell if the plastic tabs on the inside are broken without opening the game. This is one of the worst policies I've ever experienced, and I HIGHLY recommend shopping anywhere else. Update: After talking to customer service on the Best Buy website as well as on X, they both told me that an "exception" should have been made. This however did not happen, and now I'm stuck with a broken item. Again, I'd recommend shopping elsewhere for any physical items. Why risk it?

    I'd like to start off with saying their Sales Team is incredible and helpful and they will help you get the best deal possible. 5 Star rating for them. PSA: AVOID BUYING APPLIANCES AT ALL COSTS. The delivery team is incredibly incapable, it's been really shocking dealing with the logistics side. We ordered a washer and dryer back in August/September knowing we'd need to delay delivery until October as our renovations would take until at least then. That was rescheduled at least once (the amount of reschedules their customer service made, I really don't know anymore). Once delivered we realized we ordered the wrong size (that's on us!) We reordered and our Sales person was super helpful. Again, that's where the customer service stops. We had to wait until the end of November for a delivery update. I think we've been on the phone with Best Buy at least 6-8 times if not more, definitely not less. We've been in to talk to them about the issues of scheduling the delivery and there seems to be no resolution or hope of one. After a scheduled delivery failure, we had to call and find out what happened. They sent an installation crew but no Washer and Dryer. The installation crew left. The person we talked to on the phone doesn't know what's going on, said they'd call back in the morning. Didn't receive a call until much later. In the call they cancelled the ordered because they're not sure what's going on their end. Canceled. We don't know if we'll be getting our appliances. At this point I'm willing to pay full price from another company so we don't ever have to deal with Best Buy again. We will not be coming back here. I promise there is so much more detail I could go over and I cannot stress how poor their incapability is.
