I loved the tour he gave me of the RayBan display glasses! Very knowledgeable, polite, and definitely punching above his weight class!

In November 2025; we'd purchased a new Samsung refrigerator from (Polaris) Best Buy. We had the pleasure to work with sales consultant, Julie D. and from the moment we met Julie, we were impressed by her knowledge and professionalism. Her level of expertise and attention to detail made our buying experience an absolute joy. Our refrigerator was purchased in-store through the Best Buy website of which Julie went above and beyond in walking us through the process to ensure our online purchase experience was positive and a successful one. We do appreciate the outstanding service provided by Julie and we do recommend her as your sales consultant in appliances at (Polaris) Best Buy.
They have a out every "connected" device I can think of, from appliances, tvs computers, lights, locks, cameras. Fun to walk around.
The customer service desk is incredibly incapable of providing quality customer service. I've had a poor experience with this location on multiple occasions.

We had a great customer service experience at this Best Buy. We got our kids 2 new Chromebooks for school and were having an issue with both. We were slightly out of the return window and the customer service rep called her manager, without me even asking her to do that, who was extremely reasonable and had another employee (Mason) work with us to explain reasons we might be having issues and also our options (which they were more flexible on than I expected). Everyone we encountered was personable and professional. (I wish I could remember the manager’s name, but he was there Jan 22 at 2pm if the company reads these!) I recommend using this Best Buy for any of your tech/electronics purchases. It’s not often anymore that employees use reason and try to find the right solution for the customer instead of just following “the book” and having their hands tied. So, great job to Best Buy as a company for giving your managers that ability as well. 5 stars from us. We recommend this location!
