Don't update their stock online, so you get there and they've sold out.
The stuff they do have isn't properly labeled, so you end up at the register with the wrong, more expensive sku with their bait and switch tactics.

Had a scheduled appointment with Geek Squad on 10/28/2025 at 5:40 pm; my MacBook Pro slid off the couch onto the carpeted floor the night before, screen went dark, couldn’t power it down or power it on, began a series of 3 beeps over a few seconds then repeated every few seconds. Was hoping to get it fixed or be able to transfer the data to another MacBook if I needed to buy a replacement. Was told they couldn’t help me at this specific location but getting the data retrieved was unlikely because the screen was dark; thought I was doomed. After finishing my work trip in Ohio, came home to Virginia, my daughter and her boyfriend determined one of the possibilities for the 3 beeps was RAM failure. They took it apart, found the RAM had been dislodged because of the drop, they cleaned the interior, put the RAM back in place and…. my MacBook is up and running as if nothing happened. I’ve had good luck from Geek Squad before, I’m 64 years old, I know what I know and know what I don’t know, that’s why I use and think this is the reason Geek Squad exists. Geek Squad at this location needs to do better - much better.

Loved going here, great customer service and I didn't even have to look all over for help like Walmart. Prices were great and service was very knowledgeable in the best product and fit for my home. They even carried my TV and put it in my vehicle for me.
