  I easily purchased a device here. However, the Geek Squad call routing goes directly to a Hispanic Cantina where nobody knows what a DDOS attack is, and I was reminded, in a gross sexist gesture, "To remember that *you* have a family." In an aside to a past employer who hates me. I also spoke to two male customers prowling the Apple display who were pretending to be Victoria Secret employees and photographers. They insisted they needed the cameras for their work, and I explained to them that all their models are AI generated anyway. It seemed like a disgusting scam. Apple hires their own reps to work at Best Buy, but no one was there, and the products were mislabeled. Apple - Is this how you want your brand represented? Best Buy - Why do you bother with call routing to remote workers instead of just employing an actual tech support department?

  Haven't had any problems while shopping here. You might find a lot of opened packages and theft though. I'm not sure how many empty phone cases and ripped up pop socket packages I saw while there the other day. 😅

  Very disappointed with the customer service at Best Buy. As a Total Member, I expected a much higher level of service, but the experience was frustrating from start to finish. We waited over 30 minutes just to get someone to acknowledge us while several employees walked by without offering any assistance or even a simple update. When someone finally responded, the interaction felt rushed and unhelpful, as if our time didn’t matter. Being a loyal Total Member, this level of service is unacceptable and far below expectations. Overall, a very poor experience. Definitely expected much better.

  Helped me find a great computer fast st a fair price. All pwrsonnel (sales person, Geek Squad staff and manager) were super in helping me transition my old computer to thw new one. A great experience for normally is a challenging process. Well done!!
