I asked a lady near the monitors department to help me find a monitor and she said she didn't want to look up top because she "hates going up there" she then walked away for a second and told me they had none in stock. After walking around for a bit looking for a different one to buy, I found a whole pallet of the monitors I asked about on the floor SHE LIED because she didn't want to look for it. This was already the second best buy I went to looking for that monitor. Ruined my trust for best their workers. Just go to microcenter they are actually willing to help

I went to pick up my Internet order, but while I was there, I headed to appliances to look at ice makers.
Pros:
The employee who answered my question was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. Collecting my Internet order was easy.
Cons:
The whole place was a bit cluttered. I had to reroute a few times for blocked aisles. The store was crawling with employees, but nobody noticed me trying to find my way through the appliances. I had to approach someone for assistance. That person was chatting with another employee, and I felt a little like I was interrupting. But they both gave me full attention once they realized I had questions.
