- CCCalinJan 16, 20261.0I went to the Polaris Apple Store to get AirPods, I got welcomed when going in and asked where the air pods are, the associate pointed to a table and told me the woman working there would help me, she did not talk to me or show me any options and I picked a pair myself, after I decided what I wanted to get she was still helping a set of customers, I waited almost 30 minutes for her to help me, around 15 minutes in to my wait another family walked up to the table, after she was done with the 1st family she helped the family that walked up after me. Around 40 minutes of waiting later the 1st employee checked me out after he noticed how long I had been waiting, it’s also worth noting I asked the male employee to check me out before he came up to me but he redirected me to the woman at the table again. As I was on my lunch break this was extremely frustrating. I went to the Polaris Apple Store again 1/15/26 with a co-worker and the same thing happened when she was trying to by wired air pods, multiple employees where standing around not helping anyone. We walked out with no product after waiting 20+ minutes (again a waste of a lunch break)
