But Somehow the EarPod was showing cancelled in the store system without any reason where I have not received any intimation from apple end neither I cancelled it. Then I asked the store sales personnel to help me out on root cause and they handed me over the customer care number and from there the harassment started. I called the customer care and after good 10 mins of wait I was able to find some real person on the other side and not any BOT. After repeating the story 3 to 4 times finally the customer care person resolved the issue and asked me to hand over the call to store personnel. But none of the store personnel was ready to talk to the customer care and They pushed me to one counter to another. I feel they their behaviour was rude and very disrespectful as they treated me as customer. I will probably not recommend any one in future to visit the store for any prchase.
