A very few minutes later the machine was handed back, working, no charge. “Anything else we can do for you today?” Wow…👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

- KFKassidy FarrisMar 13, 20261.0My less than 2 year old limited edition Dyson that was used less than 50 times stopped working. I sent it in to be repaired, but they couldn’t fix it. So, they replace my PINK Dyson supersonic hair dryer with a basic orange and silver one. After not being happy with this and leaving a negative review on the feedback form they called me and said they would send me a new hair dryer in any color of my choosing in the newer style. This felt TOO good to be true but I went along with it. Nothing ever came and I called and they said they had no record of that conversation. Additionally, the new dryer did NOT come with a case and I did not receive my case back. So I call and tell them this and they say once again we will send you a case, nothing crickets. The service was TERRIBLE and I will never be buying a Dyson ever again. There customer service on top of their horrible products can stay far away. I would Recommend nobody ever deal with these people or buy their products, as my mom has had similar issues with her vacuum randomly dying as well with little use. My hair dresser is also switching companies for her salon because of similar issues with the hair dryers.
