  I have mixed views with the store. When I bought my phone there it was great. The lady helped me out with everything, but I went back to take to them about a problem I'm having with my phone. different person I walked in and she said hello, when I asked her if she could help me she looked at me confused. Then she pulls out her phone and ask me to speak into her phone she had to use a translator on her phone to understand me. then I asked can you help me she said no. I'm sorry but if you are got to work in an English country you should be able to speak it. I know nothing will come of this. but maybe someone will see this and be prepared. I'm very disappointed in my service and I will probably be looking for a another provider
