- ABalex benitApr 20, 20261.0I never write reviews. All i needed was a battery swap. Took me 4 visits and probably over 4 hrs because i was out of town between the time. Had the part in stock and refused to fix 4+ hrs before closing. Marketing was extremely aggressive. Workers don’t know anything and are lethargic. Actual swap was good. Corporate Marketing Bullshit. I recommend ordering ur part with micro center and getting it fixed there if you don’t want your time wasted.
- NBNazariyah BentleyApr 10, 20263.0Jt didn’t want to give me my phone at first because i didn’t have my ID but nobody told me yesterday, i get it’s the policy but he didn’t even try to compromise it. he went and got the manager Chris, he made sure i got my phone back because he had the common sense to open the phone and he saw i was the wallpaper. At the end when i asked for my phone case Jt just said no, he didn’t even go try to find it. this experience was okay but I give chris a 10/10.

I waited for over an hour and ultimately had to walk out without being helped. The staff seemed confused and disorganized, and there was no sense of urgency or coordination. It’s hard to even put into words how frustrating and disappointing this place was. AVOID IF YOU CAN!!
