- LWLavon Wilson5 days ago1.0I usually never give a review and I’m being honest, but this store is the worst phone store I have ever been to It will be my first and last time being a customer with Verizon my experience as a customer only lasted for three hours I purchased a Phone online with Verizon customer service and they told me to go to this location to pick up the phone that I just purchased because it is a Verizon store obviously I go in the store and it’s this Guy with a Verizon shirt on And he Refuses to give me the phone that I just purchased And then when I try to talk to him, he’s not listening he doesn’t really care about my issue He’s just on the phone saying a whole bunch of stuff that doesn’t make any sense at all and when I ask him to call Verizon customer service the company he works for He says he can’t do it so then I had to go get a phone from AT&T While on the phone with Verizon so I can get a refund of my money And I was able to get one over the phone The store will not help you it’s Very disrespectful and very rude Do not waste your time. Also The guy in the store says he’s not Verizon while having a Verizon logo on the store and a Verizon employee shirt Says he has nothing to do with me purchasing my phone with Verizon It makes no sense to pretend to be a phone company whose policies, rules and regulations you don’t follow if you’re not the store, don’t pretend to be the store!!! I’m telling you do not go here they will scam you out of money

Three years later I needed a tuneup of the phone and went to the Apple Store out in the suburbs — and they declined to help. So I returned to this store and got exactly the assistance I wanted!
