The service representative, Tom, was very helpful when I called there first, and when I showed up he allowed me to pull the old battery out of my truck, myself, and then drop the new battery in that he sold me at a great price, and I got a core return for my old battery. I love the old established places from the last century, that serve their customers with integrity, and even in this day and age keep their prices affordable. This is all so, at Kirk battery.
