    Parma Best Buy in Brookpark has been bucking the trend of many of the other box type stores. While the knowledge and accessibility of staff are declining in many types of larger stores, Parma Best Buy always seems to have someone nearby to answer a question or guide you to someone who will.

    So upset. I placed an online order. It didn't show that one of my items was coming from a marketplace until after I ordered it. I let it go because I figured Best Buy would only use trusted sources. I was completely wrong. I ordered a video game that came not secured in the case, you can hear the disc moving all around. I tried to return it and they told me I had to contact seller. I contact seller and they tell me to go to store and return it. Nobody will help me. Best Buy keeps turning me away and the seller won't respond to any of my requests. Be careful with any online ordering. I'm now out over $50 and have to go buy a new one before Christmas. I definitely will not be buying anything else from this place. This isn't the first time something has went wrong.

    Terrible experience. I purchased a Samsung tablet s10 fe+is online. After receiving and opening package I realized the screen was broken. Within the return window I went in to see what could be done. Apparently nothin can be done and when asking about geek squad for repair was then told again they wouldn’t see me. Terrible experiences run way more frequent than good ones with Best Buy. Thank you for treating your customers terribly and not helping when it’s not even their fault.

    I purchased a fridge about a 2 months ago and put it on a best buy credit card. As I applied for it my x wife's info showed on the screen,I explained how I've been divorced for 8 years now and that's all wrong and they said they corrected it it,then as I go to sign for the purchase my x wife's email showed and phone number so I said no that's not right, I was told," dont worry we can fix it after,no problem ". We'll they did not fix it and had to find out my x wife's been getting email and calls about my purchase for weeks! This is a invasion of privacy that could result in damages. Then when I called to correct it,Customer service kept saying that I did it by accident and that it happens. Then when I try to make complaint with the branch,they dont answer calls nor will anyone come to the phone. So customer service told me to write a review as that's the only course of action I have rn until what was done causes me financial issues,it already caused stress.#update: they told me to message them on fb then gives me the links below? That dont sound professional,also THE LINK DONT WORK! Maybe I can talk to someone in your legal dept. Instead of jumping through hoops.

    A year ago I bought an 85 inch Bravia, it was broken when it arrived. It took three deliveries before the TV was not broken. Today I unboxed a 75 inch LG and it was also broken. The sales people at the store are wonderful and the call center is also very polite and helpful! This is exclusively a problem with the warehouse management. I feel badly for sales, delivery, and the call center having to put up with the repeated incompetence. I suspect that the warehouse is at fault, the delivery team is very professional and polite and clearly handles the TVs well. Good store to shop at, horrific experience with delivery (not the fault of the delivery team, it likely the warehouse). Please note each image is over a DIFFERENT tv delivered.
