    Unable to price match to Target or Walmart for a physical game card. I don’t think they understood that I was purchasing the full Minecraft game for PC, instead they told me they couldn’t price match because it would be a different amount on the “gift card”. It’s not a gift card, it’s a full game card. Purchased anyways because my child has been asking for weeks. Edit to add: this was a $3 price match to a $29.99 Minecraft game card. Just a mom trying to save her 11yo snack money.

    Purchased an "open box" oven that was labeled "excellent condition" online. Went into this location to view it and purchase. When it was delivered, the installation guys were literally appalled saying "yeah this is definitely not excellent. I would call this "good"". There was a weird chipped paint nail hole on the bottom of the oven (not something I would have been able to see in the store because there is no oven light unless its connected to power and it blends into the bottom unless you look really close with a flashlight", there was small chips of broken glass (installation guy immediately was like "wow, i cant believe they didnt clean the inside of this, it could end up in your food"), there was small chips of ceramic paint in the interior (that you could only see if you wiped it with a cloth- again, not something I would have been able to see in the store), and there were two gashes on the exterior of the side panels (which were covered by the cardboard wrapping left from the manufacturer around the exterior of the oven). the installation guys also told me that the oven cant be installed completely flush because the unit had clearly been attempted to be installed before...so the side panels are curved a bit. So it looks from the side that the oven isnt flush with the cabinets. The installation guys told me that they documented all of this in my account and strongly advised me to reach out to best buy to get a refund or more of a discount. They also advised us to buy an oven thermometer to make sure it works. So far no functional issues, just feeling like crap that we bought something labeled "excellent" when it wasn't at all. False advertising. Luckily I bought the 5 year protection plan. I have someone coming out from best buy to check it tomorrow just for piece of mind. When I called initially to make the appointment, one of the said to me, "Why are you making this so hard to us maam"......when I was just asking if there would be a call the day pior for a narrowed arrival window. Worst treatment I've ever experienced. Please buy with caution!!!! Also I am pretty sure I posted this review already last week, I now cant find it. So if Best Buy is deleting reviews, just know that I've screenshotted it this time.

    Went to go buy a cheap laptop that I need for just simple work and home tasks. The computer guy was so terrible. I told him not once but 3 times;I just need a simple chrome book to accomplish my needs. Not only did the guy not give me the laptop that I specifically asked for, then he proceeding to argue with me about it- while still trying to upsell me on something I clearly didn't want, The guy made me so aggravated by not unlock the cage to get me the product, I just walked out of the store! I have never in my life dealt with such a bad salesman in my life Terrible customer service!

    I purchased a new washer and dryer from this location. Best Buy’s delivery team arrived and I showed them the different points of Entry in order to bring the new washer and dryer into the home. They elected to use the garage Without verifying the washer and dryer would fit through The door. They Carelessly discarded all of our laundry supplies. They uninstalled my washer and dryer And dragged them across the floors carelessly leaving scratches. They then tried to bring the washer and dryer through the door that they did not verify it would fit through first and left a heavy dent and scratch in a newer door. They did not point it out. I had to catch it. They scratched the washer. They then determined that I needed to have somebody come out and remove the door before they could bring the units inside. They should’ve verified this first before they uninstalled everything. I asked them to reinstall the old units, which they acknowledged. They were going to leave the new washer and dryer right in front of the door access which would have presented a tripping hazard for my pregnant wife, which they were fully aware of. I asked them to move the washer and dryer to the other side of the garage. Instead, they left them in the middle of the garage where a car is no longer able to be parker And they drove away without saying anything to me. I called them to ask them to come back, and they told me a customer service agent would be reaching out to me, which never happened. When I tried reaching out, I could only speak with an AI bot that was completely useless as it directed me to call a number that wasn’t even open yet. I highly recommend avoiding Best Buy at all costs.

    I chose the Best Buy “Geek Squad” to install a Uniden radar detector (R8W - New Model), plus a Redtiger dash cam (F17Elite). They were installed in 2 separate visits, over the course of a couple of weeks, due to scheduling. The Best Buy technician who installed both units was Agent Tim. I found Tim to be very patient, very knowledgeable, very professional, and very conscientious. It was my good fortune that he worked on my vehicle! Tim is a great ambassador for the Best Buy brand, and I hope that management recognizes him. Now, the Uniden radar detector has operated flawlessly. No issues. It works out of the box, exactly as advertised. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the Redtiger dash cam. While the front, rear, and cabin cameras work (as advertised) when my vehicle is moving, the Parking Mode function is inconsistent. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Agent Tim installed the dash cam correctly. I am frustrated beyond belief. The only saving grace is that the Redtiger customer service team is absolutely passionate about resolving the issue with the Parking Mode. I have spoken to Emerson on the phone, and I’ve exchanged emails with Emma. They have been outstanding in terms of trying to resolve the issue, and they are truly customer-focused and driven in their eagerness to deliver a solution. I can’t say enough about their genuine desire to get this Parking Mode issue remedied. I’ll update this Review as needed, especially if I get caught-up in a “he said/she said” between Redtiger and Best Buy, which I don’t anticipate…
