The young lady at the register was very disrespectful. Asked if I wanted a warranty and I said no, thank you, and she smacked her lips and was mumbling under her breath. And then she mumbled something else when I was putting my card in the machine

Very nice and knowledgeable staff. When I went to check out their TVs, they explained and showed me the differences between Samsung and TCL very clearly. Thanks for the helpful suggestion and great customer service!

Coming from a current Best Buy employee by the way... as someone who's worked with the company for a while I would like the say that the new auto tech dudes need to be replaced 100 percent effective immediately. First off a year ago I got some work done on my car and it went really smoothly. I wanted to get the same job done again for my new car and I had to keep going back and forth between the automotive tech guys and the salesman. The salesman was very helpful and nice trying his best to help out I would give him a 5/5 for everything. The new auto tech guys not helpful at all by the way. I went in there 2-3 times and they weren't helpful at all. They kept giving me word answers and looking at me weird. Especially khifer or however you spell his name. Tim gave me information about something and then when I went to go get my work done he completely changed his story and said " it was a miscommunication" and didn't even apologize for it. And then accused me of lying saying that's not possible returning that when i literally showed it to 2 managers at Best Buy and a guy who works in geek squad and saw that the box was full and hadn't been used. Art and Chris were both fabulous people you could trust them and they will always help out no matter what. Last time a year ago art was explaining to me everything. This time nothing at all tim just said I'm good to go and didn't explain anything at all. If I were the manager I would have never hired khiefer or Tim. They didn't even have the part that was mainly needed so I had to drive out to the Best Buy in strongville get that and then go back to Parma again. I was explains my story to Tim and then he said " dude go watch a YouTube video and just do it yourself" if I had the give Tim and khifer a start I would put both of them at 0/5 both are rude and not helpful at all and don't know how to give customer service. Would fire them or let them go if I would.
