    I Purchased a new phone from this location and was promised my monthly bill would go down if they added another line to the plan. I told Isaac that I did not want this added line I wanted my bill to remain the same other than the purchase of the new phone. He lied to me and added the line despite what I told him and now my bill has increased $90. When returning to the store to get this taken care of they told me they couldn’t help and we needed to call the customer service line. This is super disappointing and I would not recommend going to this location.

    Jorge went above and beyond to help me and my family find the plan that works around our lives the best. He was very thorough in his explanations and offered us multiple options that would work for us. Very helpful and personable. He seemed like he actually cared for us as human beings rather than just customers. Highly recommended!
