Since then, they've charged us for equipment that was never given, removed promised discounts, and constantly promised a fix with the next bill - but that fix never materializes. I'm so fed up.

I told Isaac that I did not want this added line I wanted my bill to remain the same other than the purchase of the new phone. He lied to me and added the line despite what I told him and now my bill has increased $90. When returning to the store to get this taken care of they told me they couldn’t help and we needed to call the customer service line. This is super disappointing and I would not recommend going to this location.
