Emailed this company to try and get some understanding by email, no response. Called in 5 days after email to get help. They said no warranties. Every since taking it down there it's been acting funny, not running smoothly as it once did. I gibe two stars because they did get it working but the customer service is horrible. Rude in my opinion. I will not be back, I will not return, unpleasant experience and laptop wasn't the same after and a encounter with them. They are a priced high as well to me.

As a PhD student with a heavy workload and deadlines, I was extremely stressed when my laptop stopped working after I tried cleaning it myself. No screen, no fan, no response at all—I thought I had lost everything. I went to ProTechs Advanced Electronic Repair Center before their opening hours, worried and desperate. A kind, grey-haired gentleman came outside, welcomed me in, and within just 10 minutes, they had my laptop working again. To my surprise, they even refused to take any payment despite my insistence. This level of honesty, kindness, and professionalism is truly rare. If the world had more people and businesses like this, it would be a much better place. I’m deeply grateful and highly recommend them to anyone in need of electronic repairs.
