My Mac book wasn’t charging they looked at it for 5 mins and said pay 80$ to send it off and parts may cost up to 500$! They literally looked at it! They never hooked it up or performed a diagnostic or nothing. My laptop is only 3 years old and they said it was “old”. How long is a 1200$ Mac book air life span suppose to be for? I guess people buy these things every 6 months. Needless to say I just bought a new charging adapter box for it and did a SMC reset on it and it’s back working like a charm! Thanks for nothing. Good luck with the “geek squad”. Just ask google. You will get your answers faster and cheaper!
