  Waited 2 hours after scheduling an appointment for the most generic answer ever. My Mac book wasn’t charging they looked at it for 5 mins and said pay 80$ to send it off and parts may cost up to 500$! They literally looked at it! They never hooked it up or performed a diagnostic or nothing. My laptop is only 3 years old and they said it was “old”. How long is a 1200$ Mac book air life span suppose to be for? I guess people buy these things every 6 months. Needless to say I just bought a new charging adapter box for it and did a SMC reset on it and it’s back working like a charm! Thanks for nothing. Good luck with the “geek squad”. Just ask google. You will get your answers faster and cheaper!

  I called to see if they could repair a tv I have they said they could but transferred me around 3 different times then the automated voice said "Due to technical difficulties they can't take my call at the time" and hung up on me!

  My 85 year old father needed a computer for 3 things- type a word document every week, send it via email and watch his church service online during COVID. Best Buy upsold him to include the GEEK Squad help. The problem is, his computer is unable to connect to the WiFi. When he goes to their store, it will connect but he gets home and it won’t. So he spent the extra money to have them come to his house. He did what they recommended and bought a new router all to no avail. The at-home visit took 45 days to get them there and again, no luck. Nice people but no results and after 5 months, he has a computer that still connect get online.
