  Took my laptop in to have the screen looked at as it stopped working right in the middle of my wife working on it for her job. Apparently it is "clear sign of an impact" but no damage to screen surface whatsoever and basically got told I should have bought a mac for $3k. Very rude and there is no damage to the screen surface so im not buying the clear sign of an impact theory. Laptop is 11 months old and was refused to even look into it further. I work in customer service and this is not how you help a customer. Didn't even try to help. I would like to be contacted as this service is received was unacceptable.

  Excellent knowledgeable personnel. Kind and cared you got the service you need and made sure when you picked it up everything was done to your satisfaction. Can answer any question. Very friendly and well trained about all computers etc.

  ATTN: People, I can promise anyone reading this that if you want a fast and cost effective repair, this is not the place for you. There are some good people that work here I'm sure but cost effective and timely repairs is not something these people excel at. I took a computer here for charge port and they said it couldn't be repaired and the manager himself tried to bully me into buying a new $600 computer. I left, completely upset that my computer couldn't be repaired and I lost all my pictures; well, i found a computer-cell phone repair shop around the corner called uBreakiFix and they quoted me a cost effective price on the repair and had my computer running and fixed the same day.
