I just bought a washer and dryer set from here. I was greeted as soon as i walked in. I told the S.A. What I was looking for, he pointed me in the direction and called another associate that work in that department to help me out with any questions. After telling the associate what I was looking for we look at a few options and I didn’t see anything I wanted so he looked online for me. Ultimately, I found what I was looking for because my sales associates was so helpful! This location has great customer service.

tl;dr Braeden, the Verizon Specialist at the Colerain Best Buy, is the best!
I'll confess: I was already a little bit annoyed about having to go to the Colerain Best Buy. I had tried to order a phone that went out of stock while they were processing my order, which meant that my eligible phone upgrade was no longer available. It was a mess. Braeden was able to immediately get us sorted. He was able to find my original order to confirm that it had been canceled to restore my upgrade, and he personally hunted down one of the last eligible phones to ensure that it didn't get snatched up while we got everything sorted out. He walked me though the data transfer, trade-in, and factory reset processes. He was extremely knowledgeable, extremely patient, and all around lovely to work with.
In addition, he helped my mom with some account questions that she was having trouble getting answers to and helped her sort out some issues with one the phone lines on her plan. Finally, he helped us find and choose an insurance policy for our phones that ensured we'd be fully covered based on the ways we use our phones. As I said, I was initially not happy about having to go all the way to the Colerain Best Buy, but Braeden really changed my mind. It was well worth the drive and it is now likely to be my chosen Best Buy in town!
Wallet is closed until RAM prices go down. The shortage is for enterprise gear not consumer stuff. Its an excuse to charge more.

I purchased a $600 Laptop computer, a $400 Playstation 5 and a 2 year Best Buy Geek squad Membership. I made an appointment to come in to meet with a member of the Geek Squad to assist me with setting up my Laptop for the 1st time. However, there weren't enough workers, so, I rescheduled my appointment for a day or 2 later, to simply drop off my New Laptop. Again, there was only 1 worker working in the Geek Squad section. I was very disappointed in the Customer Service available those 2 times. Especially after I made a few recent purchases.

I walked in and walked out 20 mons later with exactly the electronics I was looking for. The associate was knowledgeable and kind and answered all my questions thoroughly. What he didn't know he looked up immediately and was able to provide me with more concise knowledge on the type and brand of laptop to purchase. I would definitely recommend anyone seeking merchandise to start there
