For starters they brought me an oven with a scratch it and when they came to exchange it. They tried to swindle more money out of me when the whole process of switching the stoves were supposed to be free. Especially the fact I paid over a thousand for the stove, I have been a loyal customer of Best Buy for over 20 years, but I doubt I will buy anything from them ever again.

I had ordered 17 cases of paper and received reams instead of cases. We opened the boxes at the return desk. One box was short a ream of paper and the employee said he could not return an item that is not there. I said you just opened the box from your corporate warehouse and they shorted me the ream. This was after they messed up on their site where I bought a case but because of a misprint on the item number and price they shipped a ream.
