  Dealing with the Fields Ertle and Best Buy in general is a massive hassle. The Fields Ertle store does not have hardly any large TV's in stock, so I had to go to Dayton. To further frustrate the issue I had some questions referring to tv recycling and the phone prompts refuse to connect me to a live store person. Its designed to evade one on one communication. Since person to person interaction is not welcome with Best Buy all future purchases will be through Amazon.

  I call there store number to see if they could grab a gps off the shelf and hold it at the counter for when I showed up and the number that is supposed to be the store number transferred me to a guy in India 8000 miles away. I ask him to see if he could call the store so they could hold it at the counter for when I show up, says let me call the store says there is 3 in stock an put me on hold (🤣 lmao 🤣 what I was doing in the first place I thought). He later comes back on the phone an say sir it is at the counter now all you have to do is pay for it at the take out window. Awesome!!! I get there an go to the take out window and the lady said we never received a call and we don't have any in stock at this store. I said the guy said you had 3 in-store. She said no our computer says we have 0 in stock , but I'll send a manager to go check.... 15min later....they said it was sold out we don't have any at the store... Wow!! For shits and giggles I go an check the shelf my self and it was in stock only 1 left on the shelf ... LMAO 🤣 can't make this shit up

  This Waterstone location is always on point! Such a wide selection of in-stock inventory, always well-staffed, and very quick with in- store and curbside pick ups for online orders. As long as you can survive the local Fields Ertel traffic, this place is great!

  This is the first time I have given any company 1 star. Best Buy had a listing on their website they failed to honor. I received an email confirmation with the correct order information, then I received confirmation the order was shipped with a different item quantity. I ordered multiple cases of copy paper and received reams instead of cases. Instead of honoring I am having to process the returns and wait on my credit.

  Jay provided very nice customer service & was very patient with me & all of my questions. He was able to help me make an informed decision when purchasing a projector/screen. I really appreciated his time & his help as I knew nothing about projectors.
