Sharing feedback for Geek Squad appointment at 3pm on 1/9 - had a screen issue for my iPhone so booked an appointment via Apple site. No physical damage on the phone the squad agent made me wait almost 1 hr while they checked my phone. Mentioned prior screen needs to be replaced at cost of 329 as this was drop related damage. I agreed to fix as I thought this is Apple authorised fix. I was mistaken. They came back and said they will have to send phone to Apple and it would take 2 weeks and that their diagnostics doesn’t work and there is no guarantee if the screen replacement would work. Said I could go to Apple Store and they will suggest same thing. I took a risk to go to Apple Store in kenwood. They diagnosed my phone right there and my screen was replaced under warranty. Feedback for Best Buy 1. Misleading 2. Not experts at all 3. Can’t be compared to services out of Apple Store. If you have an iPhone issue don’t waste time with this store or even Best Buy ! Further update all this standard response they give - to make things formal put the feedback on Facebook, twitter and insta is a waste of time as well. First question I got asked on my Facebook review was - share your email and phone. Why would someone share email and phone publicly? Also the tone of question there is if you like I can make your feedback for the corporate - why would I go all the way as a consumer. Complete unprofessional all around. Just avoid Bestbuy for any iPhone repairs - it is a waste of time and so is giving any feedback.

Purchased TV from Best Buy in last week of Dec because TV earlier purchased was not of good sound & color quality , somehow due to new year events could not pickup yesterday and was about to pickup today but my order was cancelled without prior intimation about cancellation and when I talked to store support team , they did not entertain my request .

I was in the Fields Ertel Waterstone Store today and my husband applied for the best buy card because he was told he would get 20 percent off as we were buying a over $500 apple watch. They said he was approved but his ss security number was put in wrong. So, we just wanted to cancel the card and we paid cash. So, when I get home, I look and they ordered the wrong Apple watch, and I can't reach them. We were there over 2 hours with all the mistakes. Then we had to call Citibank and make sure they cancelled the card. Worst service ever. Now I have a watch coming that is not the right size for Christmas how disappointing. Will never shop there again. Buyer beware.

Best Buy was like any other best buy. Can't comment on staff because I never asked for help. I had two people ask if I needed help and I was browsing for 30 minutes. Walked right up to the register with no wait when checking out.

Received my 75" TV today. (2 HRS AGO) Has a set up booklet but no owners manual. Have a problem changing aspect ratio. Called Cust Service. 40 minutes later same issue....they tried making excuses or tried to BS me. 2nd rep same thing.
