I purchased my 4th computer in October 2025. Salesman was hung over & pulled the wrong laptop from the under counter stock, rang it up twice bc the register went down. When I got to the Geeks for data transfer, I learned he gave me the wrong laptop but I had been there a long time & just wanted to get home and back to work. The Geek was pulled from another dept. I gave him a handwritten list to download my existing webroot to the new laptop. While trying to communicate to him, he took a cell call and argued w/his wife about a gift for a wedding. Another person then stepped in to finish w/me. I picked up the laptop next day. In February, I found they were double billing my card for webroot. After multiple calls, we learned the webroot that was put on my new laptop was a very old subscription, maybe they have been double charging my card for years, who knows. So after I had to take the laptop back to the Geeks and get the correct webroot installed, I called for my refund. Rep said they will only refund $45.91 instead of the $53.36 they double charged. I asked why but was told I needed to contact them sooner. Really? I just found out your were double billing me. BEWARE people....watch your credit cards. I pay for Total Tech, and this is what I recevied in return. BTW, if Alex would have been there the day I purchased the new laptop, none of this would have happened. They had poor staffing that day & customers paid the price.

An employee in the kitchen wares area helped me find the items for which I was looking. He missed the fifth star, possibly not his fault, because after changing my old address to a new address, an item I ordered from him while at your store was routed to someone else's address and I have yet to receive my item in a timely manner.
Tom did a great job getting me the right TV and sound bar. Thank you! Came in middle of day and was able to walk around and get an idea of what I wanted. Then Tom came and answered all my questions to mak my decision very easy. Came back later that day to purchase and pick up! Great customer service and quick loading into the car. Great job all around !
I bought a $2000 laptop less than a month ago and it stopped working. I was told by two employees when I bought it that if anything happened to it within a year, I could bring it back. I took it here today and after about an hour of nobody knowing what to do, they sent me home to deal with the warranty myself. Not one single manager in the whole store! Just a bunch of high school kids. Awful! Last time I'll be shopping here.

I came in to get a cell phone and was helped by Lexi and Brook. These two were so helpful. I can’t even begin to tell you how impressed I was. I mean they’re so damn good at their job, but that’s really not the point. They were so pleasant and we even laughed a few times. I’m just saying these girls are worth keeping around. It’s Refreshing.
