    I purchased a TV for $699.99 and used a $70.00 rewards coupon I earned by buying stuff on my Best Buy credit to partly pay for it. The TV went on sale for $599.99 and I filed for a $100.00 price match. The only gave me a $30.00 credit because they said I only paid $629.99 originally ($699.99 - $70.00). They screwed me out of the $70 and would not make an adjustment. Over the last 10 years I have averaged about $3,000 a year at Best Buy - but I do not plan to go back. Between Amazon, MicroCenter and others I should be able to find everything I need.

    Assistant store manager was rude to me and walked away in the middle of a conversation. I was very nice and straight forward about how I felt that they weren’t following their policy listed on their website about damaged packaging. Poor customer service every time I go in there. Assistant manager was going to give me a discount on the damaged box product, but when I said “we’re just not communicating correctly and I don’t think you’re understanding my point of view” she said she’s no longer giving me a discount and walked away in the middle of our conversation.

    I bought a new OLED SAMSUNG TV FROM best buy and started having problems right away. They sent someone out to install and they obviously did not know what they were doing. Took 4 hours and it was hanging crooked when they left. Then the TV started turning it self off. Sometimes it would work for 30 minutes sometimes it would work for a week. It was hard to get it back on. After 90 days they said the warrenty on the mount had expired and it no longer was their problem. So Samsung came out and said it was mounted improperly and Best still refused to fix it
