Honestly, I may have come in the busiest day of 2025 so that’s my mentality while rating this. There really isn’t any structure to the set up after you check in. A reservation means nothing, an actual time given means nothing at all as well. You have to just wait in limbo without any clarification or reassurance of help being on the way. It’s chaotic as far as order goes, everyone is everywhere(some helping, some not). I won’t single out any employees because I feel they did their best given the circumstances.

The store is pretty much staffed by Apple geniuses who are very helpful. Apple needs to get rid of General in their settings were they hide many Settings items from new users, not a best idea. My great new Apple AirPods Pro hearing aids settings need to actually have a category item listed as hearing aid settings for my AirPods Pro, not a hidden settings listed as Hearing Assistance or Adjustment, that is like hiding settings for iPhone or iPad settings in General. Old people, children, and new users can't find settings hidden in poorly listed categories, making calls to Apple support expensive and totally not necessary.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Took my phone to get a battery replaced ($89). All other aspects of phone were working. After 90 minutes I came back and they showed me my screen wouldn’t work anymore, and that they wouldn’t fix anything since the screen was replaced once already by a third-party and that there was “liquid damage” inside. I asked where the liquid damage came from and they insisted they didn’t do it, and said it “could have happened a week ago or two years ago.” Their solution was either pay them $399 for a refurbished phone or trade my broken phone in for a new phone that could cost $500+. Darius the “manager” was EXTREMELY condescending, rude, LIED, and overall unprofessional. When I asked to speak to his manager he said, “my boss is any senior apple support representative.” Which I knew had to be BS since there clearly would be a store manager/branch manager, or a district manager. I called the number he gave me for his “manager” and the lady on the phone said Darius lied to me. She and other senior apple support are not managers of any store employee. Then when she herself called the store, the store “mysterious disconnected” her. Even she was dumbfounded by that. She then documented my official complaint and included that the store hung up on her. So now I have no working phone despite walking in with a phone that worked just fine, albeit a quickish dying battery. The Apple Store broke my phone, ADMITTED they broke it, and did NOTHING to fix it other than say I had to pay $399.

Went to go pick up my order - was told to go to the order pick up table - the rep at the table didn’t acknowledge me at all . I was the only one at the table by the way standing next to him with my QR code ready - ignores me and waits on the girl that walks up 3 min after me ….. I ask three other red shirts that walk by they say they can’t help , a fourth young man finally helps me Timothy , really appreciate him taking the time out of the other 20 red shirts I saw just talking to each other an on their phones with no customers. Reminds my why I don’t go to the Apple Store.

Deion could not be more dismissive; and the time before I also had a black gentleman bigger fellow. The art of being present and friendly has disappeared. Everyone acts like you are a big inconvenience and very impatient. Just gross energy. I hadn’t been the The apple store for years; it was so much friendlier and upbeat. Now it’s short dismissive energy. Not friendly.
