  Pic, was very nice and attentive. Unfortunately her knowledge was very lacking and she continued to spend majority of the time upselling other services that apple provided. This was after I already spent nearly $900 on a phone. She couldn’t figure out how to do the transfer and made it feel like it was our fault. Thankfully I figured this out on our own in the Mall Parking lot. I also briefly spoke with a manager, Chase. Who approached the conversation extremely accusatory and very combative when me and my fiancé were talking. We were then called liars after asking “what to do if our cell provider couldn’t assist”…. I came in looking for assistance buying a phone, I left belittled and with 2 non working phone with no data.

  The 3.9 stars rating says it all. I would give negative rating if I could. Here are some facts you can expect to experience when there. Disorganized: you come in and ask them where to checking. They point you to a table where there is a crowd waiting. You ask one of the store sale clerks who stood at the table. They told you with a tone like you cut in line for a kidney transplant: you have to line up behind these people. They point you to the line. And then point you to another spot. When you and other customers start to line up like he instructed, he start to address a completely a new customer who just shows up. You confronted him, he shrugs and ignore you. Disrespectful: when they are shown they missed up the customer priority, they don’t even apologize or attempt remedy. They just acted like you just criticize their personal color preference. Disconnected: you show them the order number, they look up and could not find it. They told you your order did not arrive. You open the Apple store app and show them the QR code. They find it. Tell me if this is the Apple store, the king of tech world, or this is a Sunday fleet market? Disregard customer feedback: when you suggest they put up a sign telling customers where to line up, they tell you to write to Tim Cook. Apple will be here for a long time for sure, I am just not sure if this store employees are employable elsewhere

  If you’re able to drive to Dayton, I strongly recommend going to the Beavercreek location instead of this one. I visited this store on 12/26 for an AppleCare claim after my phone was severely damaged (bent in half and water-damaged). Despite the condition, the initial rep said the device was “repairable,” but explained that the entire motherboard would need replacing and would take over a week (due to it having to be ordered) —meaning I’d be without my phone. I asked about a replacement instead, since I was informed that they were in stock. I was told the rep didn’t have authority, so I politely asked for a manager. The manager gave me two options: leave my phone for 1–1.5 weeks and use a loaner that was four years older with significantly less storage (I have a 512GB and they offered a 128GB), or purchase a brand-new iPhone 17 Pro Max at full price (~$1,400) and return it once my phone was repaired. I explained that paying $1,400 upfront wasn’t realistic and asked again about a replacement device. I was told that wasn’t an option and was essentially told to choose or leave. So I left. After filing a complaint with Apple Support, I drove to the Beavercreek Apple Store. They looked at my phone and immediately said there was no way it should’ve been considered repairable. My phone was replaced within 10 minutes. The contrast in service was night and day. I felt pressured into spending money I didn’t need to spend, simply because I was in a bind. Very disappointing experience and will not be back.

  They told us we could do a data transfer in store which is why we bought phones from them instead of our phone carrier. Then after hours of waiting for it to happen they told us they don’t do data transfers in the store and the easiest thing to do is go home and do it.

  Left so fast, went to ask someone about the watches and he rudely asked “what do you need? There is a cue of customers” I then told him to go ahead and I could just ask someone else but then he asked again more sharply what we needed. Did not get the mans name as he walked away before I could ask
