    For the love of ... DON'T do a phone trade in or purchase here. It's a headache and hassle. The reps are very much incompetent. Thank goodness they could call verizon for them to hold the best buys reps hand and basically do his job to ensure my account was set up correctly. 😵‍💫

    I’ve had a really frustrating experience with Best Buy over a refrigerator purchase that still hasn’t been resolved after several months. I bought a fridge on November 28, 2025, and the first one that arrived was clearly used and had wear and noise issues. They replaced it on December 10, but the second one showed up damaged, with dents on the bottom that make it wobble and feel unsafe to use. Best Buy scheduled a pickup for January 14, 2026 to take the damaged unit back, but no one ever showed up. After that, I spent a lot of time trying to follow up—calls, waiting on hold, being told someone would call me back or reschedule—but nothing ever actually happened. The return never got completed, and I’ve basically been stuck with a broken fridge sitting in my place ever since. I’m not refusing the return at all—the fridge has been unused and ready for pickup the entire time. I just need Best Buy to follow through on the pickup they already scheduled and issue the refund. Really disappointing experience overall, especially considering how simple this should have been to fix. Update: After several months of delays and missed pickup attempts, Best Buy did eventually resolve the issue. The refrigerator was picked up and I received a partial refund at first then a full refund when the refund mistake was caught. However, the process took far longer than it should have and required multiple follow-ups to get resolved.

    Had a really great experience at Best Buy. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to shop, which I always appreciate. Staff were actually helpful without being pushy, answered questions, pointed me in the right direction, and made the whole process smooth. In and out without any hassle, and got exactly what I needed. Definitely one of those places you can count on when you don’t want to waste time.
